___________________________________________, (the “Company”) with offices in ___________________________________________________, acknowledges and agrees that, at the Company’s request, the artist, ___________________________, may submit artwork for possible inclusion in _______________________________________________________.
The Company agrees that any artwork submitted by the artist is submitted for examination by the Company only in connection with ________________________, and may not be reproduced or utilized by the Company in any manner whatsoever except pursuant to such written agreement as hereafter may be entered into by the Company and the artist. The Company agrees to return to the artist all copies of the artwork promptly upon the artist’s request therefore.
The Company further agrees that all artwork submitted by the artist is protected by the artist’s copyright in all media throughout the world,and may not be used without the artistÕs prior written permission in a mutually agreed upon contract.
